Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase of Marc Illy's AI Playbook and related digital products. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. After 30 days, purchases are final.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email Solutions@cognival.co from the email address you used at checkout. Please include:

• Your order number or the email on the receipt.
• The product you purchased.
• A short note describing the reason (optional but helpful so we can improve).

We process eligible refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear.

3. What Is Covered

• Marc Illy's AI Playbook (main product).
• IG Trial Reels add-on and other digital add-ons purchased alongside the Playbook.
• Upsells purchased within the 30-day window.

4. What Is Not Covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us. We ask that you reach out to support so we can resolve the issue directly.
• Abuse of the refund policy, including repeated refund requests after substantial use of the product.

5. Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the refunded product will be revoked. Continued use of downloaded materials after a refund is a breach of our Terms of Service.
